Just purchased my first Toyota. O'Brien Toyota's staff was genuinely nice. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Their customer service was amazing.
This was about as easy as it gets to get a new car. We made a deal on the phone and the next day we had an easy and simple time filling out the papers. We drove home in a great RAV4. My insurance agent had everything set up by Obrien. He said that doesn't happen very often. Our salesman Rich Hall was great. We have been an Obrien customer since 2000.
The service department is always great. They are fast , polite and always quick. Love the blond lady that takes your payment she is always friendly and efficient
I can't say enough good things about O'Brien Toyota service on Shadeland. We have taken our cars there for years and they always provide top notch service and you can trust that whatever they suggest is needed.
Great customer service and knowledgeable people! For those of you who think that dealerships are more expensive, I have priced out several services at multiple repair places, and found that O'Brien Toyota has the best prices in town!
