They are very friendly and I feel that they always do a good job although a little pricey. However, this time when I had my oil changed they did not set the maintenance reminder back so I will have to return (15 miles) to have that done. There is a closer dealer but I like O'Brien Toyota. That is where I bought the car...twice!
