Disappointed in their service! Promised to have a vehicle detailed and ready for pickup 2 days after purchase. Drove 1 1/2 hours and we are told after waiting for 30 minutes it will still be a while. You lose your level of importance after paying.
Pretty disappointed that we came to buy a car today and this dealer was unwilling to "even make an offer" on our 2 year old trade. Penske, Muncie Toyota, and Fishers Honda all stepped up to the plate but somehow these guys can't. Guess we will take our business elsewhere. And recommend that others do too.
Just wanted to say how impressed I am with your service guys, especially Gene! I am from Florida and had to get some unexpected work done on an FJ I purchased in Chicago earlier this week. Gene got me in when you were busy, helped me feel comfortable when I wasn't, and got the car all fixed so I can go home on Monday. Truly the first experience that I have had that I actually enjoyed going to the dealership. Thank you and thank you Gene!
