The Oakwood Townhomes are nothing short of an excellent place to live. Located on the West Central portion of Springfield, with great proximity to Missouri State University and the downtown area you will hard press to find a top-notch living experience with the affordability that Oakwood Townhomes offers. RecommendedHave had no problems living here. They listen to our concerns and help in the best way possible. The apartments I’ve seen are nice. They make it super easy to transfer to other properties within the Wooten Company.
While no place is perfect, I've very much enjoyed living at Oakwood. Renewing my lease for another year. I've seen some of the negative reviews here and honestly, I don't know how experiences can be THAT disparate. I love living here. It's quiet, safe, and peaceful, and the property is well-maintained. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing access to MSU and Springfield's downtown attractions!
Being a college student having a place like Oakwood close to campus is great!! Not only is rent affordable but they allow pets without crazy ridiculous rules, which not a lot of places close to campus can say.
I love living here! My roommate and I are on our third lease here. We’ve loved living here and never had a problem with loud people or other nonsense! Highly recommended!
Oakwood townhomes are a great place to stay. Me and my roommates are working on our 3rd lease. In the two years we have stayed here we have had an awesome experience making this place a home. Besides the regular maintainance this place has held up and been the absolute best place to stay. Close to msu, not many disturbances it has been great!
Myself and my roommates moved into our townhome in 2016 and the model home they had looked so good that we wanted to live there immediately. Little did we know there were some problems initially when moving in, but the maintenance issues were quickly resolved, a little later on our 2nd lease we had a little spider problem and that was resolved within 2 days. Oakwood Townhomes is a great place to live! My wife and I have lived here for two years. The townhomes and appliances are a little dated and could use some updates, but they are a decent price for what you get and very spacious. The new property manager is amazing, and seems like he really wants to make some improvements around here. If anybody is looking for reasonably priced townhomes near MSU's campus, we highly recommend Oakwood Townhomes!
