RecommendedMercedes is a great manager, the whole team rocks. Always clean grounds, responsive to any concerns. Would recommend.
RecommendedReally like Oakwood. Great location, well maintained, reasonably priced and quiet neighborhood. Great value for what you get.
RecommendedI've lived here for a year and a half and it's been a good time all around!
RecommendedWe have lived here for 5 years now in two different units and love it. The space is perfect for us, and it's so nice to have a basement for storage and as a storm shelter. They are quick to get to any maintenance issues, but we haven't had many because the units are kept in great shape.
RecommendedThese places are older buildings! They creak and they have an interesting electrical setup but these places have character. I've enjoyed living here much more than theses popup apartments all over Springfield. It's also appreciated that these places are NOT rented by the room.
RecommendedNice place to live. Great neighbors and a fun playground area for the kids. We just re-upped our lease for another year.
We are going on our third year at Oakwood Townhouses. Fairly quiet neighborhood and clean. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Convenient to stores and very close to work.
RecommendedI searched for apartments for quite some time. You would be hard pressed to find a more affordable apartment for all that they offer. The location, the space in the apartment, and the price make it one of the best places to live in Springfield.
RecommendedSigned on for a third year here. Great place; spacious, reasonable rent, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown.
