RecommendedPretty great place so far, has a nice spacious homey feel to it with lovely set up and design that I am just an absolute fan of, definitely recommend.

We have lived at Oakwood for two years now and will absolutely be renewing our lease for another year. We've rented from Wooten in the past as well, and we've never had problems with them. They're very responsive any time we need maintenance, and the staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions we have. The grounds are kept nicely. Oakwood is a great place to live. It's close to downtown without being too close to downtown. Mercedes the property manager is fantastic to work with. We love it so much we renewed our lease 6 months early!
Oakwood Townhomes has been one of the BEST wooten properties I've ever lived at in Springfield MO, and I lived here for about 9 years 90% of that time has been in wooten properties. Mercedes is an amazing manager and she is always on top of any problem with a solution. We enjoy living here so much and will be staying for a really long time.
I moved into Oakwood around September 25th, when I moved in there were a few problems with my rent but the landlord was understanding and incredibly helpful. Since then I have had no problems, it’s a nice quite neighborhood, and the people living next to us are super friendly
