RecommendedOakwood is very affordable and the Management is very helpful and kind. After living here a year we haven't had any major problems other than our basement flooding, but the maintenance was quick and had the problem fixed relatively quick. I would definitely recommend this place to any first time renters!
Oakwood is super affordable and for the price point I get taken care of very well. The apartment itself is really cute and quite spacious. Its nice to have a basement to store things, and even when it floods (which basements tend to do) the maintenance is very quick about coming to each unit and taking care of the issue and any other issues you might have.
Oakwood Townhomes and Apartments is a great place to rent for any first time renters! Affordable and there is so much to do near by! Mercedes is an awesome office manger, always there to answer any questions you have or to do a well being check on your dog!

Our premium townhome is beautiful! Everything looked brand new when we toured. Mercedes has been a wonderful office manager and has always been able to answer any questions we have!!
We love our townhome! The hardwood floors are really nice, and our kids love that the playground is right outside our back door! Management and maintenance have been great!
We left our loft downtown to get away from all the college kids and found this little gem. Management is great, our stuff gets fixed same day, and the neighbors all keep to themselves. The property stays up with up keep and the weather. When we got snow before i got up the walkways where all clear. We plan to stay here for while. Also the space in the apartments gives you lots of storage options. If they would add a dog park that would make it 100 times better than it already is.
My boys and I moved to Oakwood Townhomes 3 years ago. The complex is clean and quiet. The property manager Mercedes is the best I've worked with and maintenance are friendly and professional. We couldn't be happier so we've renewed for another year.
great place to live. would highly recommend it to anyone.
