RecommendedI’ve lived at the field for a few years now. The property manager responds very quickly anytime I need anything. There are a lot of apartment complexes/companies in Springfield but I’m so glad that I chose to go with The Wooten company.

RecommendedThe Wooten company has a lot of properties and has been around for a while. They seem to know what they are doing and are professionally managed, but I do think they need a higher focus on customer service.
RecommendedThe Field is a great place to live. Safe atmosphere. Pet friendly. I’ve lived here a year and a half and just signed another 12 month lease. I was able to move from a one bedroom to a two bedroom in the middle of my last lease with no issues. The staff is friendly and helpful. Kinda of hard to keep up with the property managers as there have been 3 different ones in my short time living here. But overall a great place to live.

Scotsdale is a great option for someone looking to save some money but not compromise on the main things like safety, management that makes sure you’re taken care of, and access to all the necessities. It’s older but well maintained and we haven’t had any problems living here!
RecommendedWe live at English Village. The area is surprisingly quiet. Neighbors are friendly. When equipment breaks, the manager and staff make a work order and the repairs get done! The grounds are well kept. The manager makes great effort to be available. We are very happy here! Tenants for 14 years.
