RecommendedVery friendly staff, spacious apartments and townhomes. I first lived in quail ridge apartments for 5 yrs very spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath. Know I live in the townhomes 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, partial basement, wood deck. Close to schools and within distance of stores. So if you have pets and kids move to quail ridge apartments and townhomes.
RecommendedI have lived here for a year and it is everything I need for a price I can afford. I have a spacious closet in my bedroom and hallway. Perfect size bedroom. It has space for additional storage in the kitchen/dining area and the bathroom. I am incredibly happy with my apartment.

I am very happy with that I pay, and mostly the location of it, as I am near to restaurants and places to shop, and close to work as well as school. The staff here are very kind and seem to be on top of what is going on with their tenets.
RecommendedA property owned by Wooten Co is the best place to lived such as Willow Creek Apartment. I really enjoyed the life when I move there. Manager is really nice and friendly. The apartment is nice and security is good. really appreciated that Wooten give their customer a reasonable price to rent.

Moved in on Saturday night and our AC has been broken since Sunday morning. They told us somebody would be by to fix it yesterday nobody showed up. Now, we just got told we just have to be patient and wait for somebody to come by and fix it. It's been 90 degrees in our apartment and we have to be here to work from home. Stay away, they love to take your money and then forget you exist.
