I encountered some maintenance issues but gladly they are responsive enough to take care and fix stuff in my apartment. RecommendedI am very happy with the Wooten Company. I live in Chesterfield village apartments. My boys love the pool in the summer time. We also enjoyed a holiday decorating door contest. Helps get in the holiday spirit! I recommend the Wooten Company 👍
RecommendedThere's so many good things I can say: maintenance is always quick & friendly (even if it's a 1:30am plumbing emergency); management is wonderful, April is so kind & makes sure you are taken care of in every way; and the apartments themselves are nice, the community is quiet & neighbors are friendly. I would highly recommend Polo Club if you are looking for a place to move in to, you won't be disappointed!!
RecommendedWe are very happy with The Wooten Company! They own our apartment complex, Polo Club & have been doing some wonderful things around here this year! They fixed up our pool area & made it so much nicer; worked on a bunch on the concrete areas to update & improve them; plus they make sure our property is kept looking great year round. Thank you Wooten Co for all the improvements this year, can't wait to see what next year will bring!
RecommendedLived here since the end of 2019. Easy to apply, located in a safe and convenient area of the city. Haven’t had any issues, I’d recommend this for anyone looking for a good place at a not too high price
RecommendedI’ve lived in two different places through the Wooten Company. Both in great, safe areas, and nothing to complain about. Currently about to renew my lease for the Polo Club Apartments, would highly recommend!
RecommendedThe amenities are better than the previous property management company I rented from in Branson and the rent is comparable. The apartment is roomy and the neighbors are friendly. I highly recommend The Wooten Company!
