RecommendedI’ve never experienced other Companies to rent from other than The Wooten Company and I don’t believe I will change. How they handle and conduct things has exceeded my expectations. I’m pleased with the Management of The Wooten Company and happy to be renting from them. 5 STARS
After two years here, you’d assume I’d AT LEAST get a return phone call after calling for a solid month. Post my 30 days so I can move to a place that cares already. 0/5, never returning and NEVER recommending.

Honestly wish I had good things to say about this company. Have had enough issues dealing with them and if they think you owe them $$$? Good luck trying to dispute it or have any sort of contact with the landlord themselves.

RecommendedI've lived at embassy apartments in ozark for a few years now. Still very happy with them, great location, a pool, clean buildings and the property is kept up well. It's right by the highway as well, super convenient.
