RecommendedMy experience at Oakwood townhomes has been among the most pleasant in my rental history! There was a goodie basket upon moving in off little needs for new renters which was very kind and thoughtful! The manager Mercedes Rodriguez is nothing short of amazing, she’s always helped with anything we needed. The property is well kept and fairly quiet. We are very pleased tenants. Thank you.
RecommendedValue of the three-bedroom apartment is hard to beat. Could use some updating, but for great for college students! Our landlord does a great job with managing tenants and making them happy to live at Oakwood. If you're looking for an apartment, come check out Oakwood.
RecommendedAlthough the buildings are no spring chicken, maintenance is quick to respond to calls and very helpful. Mercedes is wonderful to interact with (super nice!), and she's refreshingly honest. It's great to have hardwood floors and a basement, and the full-grown trees on the property help make the place feel like home.
RecommendedI love this place. I have lived here for almost a year and it's the first time I have felt like I truly have a home. The management is wonderful and very helpful. Nice and quite and just love the hardwood floors and all the room. You can't go wrong moving to this place.
RecommendedOakwood Townhomes has been an incredible place to live! The rent is reasonable for 3 people on a budget and is in a convenient location to MSU, stores, and downtown. Management has been helpful when needed and replies in a timely manner. Definetly a place to consider living!
RecommendedI've been living at Oakwood for 3 years now and I love the place it's quiet. A nice roomy townhome. Wonderful Neighbors nice park for the grandbabies to play I would recommend this place to my friends and family I wish we had a pool but other than that this is a really nice place to live.
