I have been trying to call the service department for 2 days now couldn’t get through I even left a voice message and still no response !!! That’s bad customer service !!!!

We have been trying for weeks to get in touch with service dept. no one answers the phone we left a message last week & still have gotten no call back. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing. The main operator was kinda rude & told me she couldn’t force them to answer the phone! Really??
Paul went out of his way to help get me the car I wanted while I was out of town. I will definitely use Northgate Ford in the future and recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

On November 29th when I started my car the Power Steering Assist Fault message came on. I called Northgate Ford Services Department and was transferred to Chelsea, Shawn, Ben, Ann and back to Ben before I could schedule an appointment.
