They are more than happy to take your money when buying a vehicle, but they will not return calls or emails after the sale. we bought a car a year ago. It was totaled and our GAP insurance requires documents and a service contract refund from them. We have contacted them several times since December 16th and have not received a response. i went in for a 9am oil change one saturday got out of there at 1040. i dont understand why you have an appointment. it takes almost 2 hours everytime i go in for an oil change

I'm pretty hurt and frustrated. I went in and worked with the manager who seem nice and took the time to work with me. I was approved for a vehicle that I wanter really bad. But the day I got the call about the approval I had to work and I couldn't make it to the dealership. And I asker for a hold and to put a deposit down and was told no.
