The minute you pull into the service bay, they greet you with a smile. You walk into the Service Area and your greeted with a friendly how can I help you. They listen to what your there for. After taking your information, they walk you over to the waiting area.

My husband and I came to Northgate Ford a few weeks ago to look at a used F150 and were introduced to Jason Robb who did an excellent job patiently explaining everything on the truck to us.
