I seen a truck online and went there with no expectations of leaving with the truck. the people here are great to deal with. they were able to get me a great loan and kept searching even the next day for a better loan, they took great care of me and even put new tires on my truck. It changed my view on dealerships. I wasnt hassled or talked into buying anything. highly recommend this dealership .
Took my car back at the appointed time and got my oil change, fluids topped off, tires rotated and balanced in just under an hour. Service department is greatly improved at Northgate Ford!

Brought my 2013 Ford Escape for an oil change and overall car systems check and to have the passenger window checked as it was not working properly. I took advantage of the free shuttle service (love this!) - took me home and picked me up when car was ready. Cody gave me a thorough update - window just needed servicing; also had my brakes replaced-with 80,000 miles on the vehicle and winter coming, didn't want to wait until my next oil change; also had the day off from work so it was no hassle to leave my car.
