Horrible customer service! You better make things right with Ashley Wise and her family! They have been searching for a car since JULY since there truck has been stolen and found the perfect one at your company 10 hours AWAY and was ALL set up to buy it, even made travel arrangements and then come to find out YOU SOLD IT right from under them! Your company has made it even that much more stressful for them.
What a sleazy move on your used car manager this dealership should be ashamed you made a deal with someone you don’t sell it from under them and try to blame it on your salesman unreal would not recommend this place to no one period no morals that family has been through enough
Members of our family who had recently had their pickup truck stolen. They found their dream replacement truck at this dealership. The couple spoke to the so called sales manager, Ashley and she told them last night that their deal was good to go. They were to call this morning and make a deposit. In the meantime they had made travel arrangements to pick the truck up as it is in a different state. Horrible customer service
I am currently looking for a new f150 and after hearing about what the sales manager did to a friend. I will take my business elsewhere... Ashley the sales manager needs to understand what customer service is and also have better ethics. In today’s world every business is quick to make a sale, but the ones that will treat customers like they matter will have no problem keeping the doors open...
Terrible customer service. Do not recommend buying from here!!
