New to the area and I have a recall that needs fixed on my Ford so I called Northgate Ford. Spoke with a lady who took all my info and said that they would order the part and then once it had arrived they would call me to schedule. A week after that I get a call from a gentleman to schedule the appt, which I scheduled for today. I got a reminder call and 2 reminder texts prior to my appointment. I brought my car in because it was having trouble with power when I would initially start it. My husband said from the start that it probably had something to do with the fuel pump. When the advisor called after the technician had looked at it, he told me it was something about an air compressor and my clutch. RecommendedI bought my SUV from here and was very satisfied. It was a used car with low miles and the nice man who took care of me was great. I have also had to take it back and must say the service department was Wonderful took very good care of me. I would recommend anyone to go to Northgate Ford because they care. I dropped my car off to be looked at because it was still saying “engine coolant low” after they replaced the water pump a year ago and told me for 6 months it would work itself out. They now wanted to charge me over 600 dollars to replace 2 hoses they they found tiny cracks in that are causing the issue.
