had a great experience at Northgate Ford. This wast second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The dealership was clean and the employees were friendly and attentive. Jason Robb was my salesman and I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received. Jason was very professional. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from Northgate Ford. Other dealerships would have an easier time selling vehicles if they treated their customers like Northgate Ford does.
Awful service department
drove 2 hours and 20 with a bank check and the explorer sport they said was perfect 0 dents or scratches was a mess look like a baseball smashed it in 2 different spots, they didnt want to do anything and the other one they had us look at had split in the leather seat and didnt wanna make up any difference for the inconvenience, NEVER USE THEM
wasted over 2 hours driving to the lot after I was assured a vehicle didnt have any dents in it. get here and its beat to hell. #stewing#dishonest#waringyoudontusethem

Last week I was having issues with my 2015 Ford Fusion starting so while I was there for my oil change I asked them to check it. They told me my battery was good and if it kept acting up I could schedule to drop it off there for them to look at it. Sunday I went to start my car & it wouldn’t start. I was camping & stranded in the middle of nowhere. I got it jumped & home after having to rush to load my car in the heat with it running. They got me an appointment for Wednesday. The service department is awful. I received absolutely no communication in regards to my car for weeks at a stretch, and when someone did finally call I was given wrong information which could have been dangerous. The service manager doesn’t return phone messages and makes excuses for everything instead of taking responsibility and doing something to fix the problems.
