Dave was great, very easy to deal with as well as the manager Kurt, really felt like I was at home, Came in as a GM guy and left with a Ford. Zero pressure was placed on me and everything flowed very smoothly. Will definitely recommended this dealer to anyone that asks. I've had the F150 for a week now and I'm really enjoying it.
Northgate Ford I dropped my car off with you guys two days ago because my rear passengers side tire was making a funny noise. You guys found that it was the caliper pin that had seized, causing the whole caliper to seize and thus evicerating the brake pad and rotor. After having already brought this car back to the dealership with problems on 8 different occasions since we bought it (9 months ago) and even though we paid and extra $3000 for the maximum extended warranty, we were told WE would have to pay for it ($450). I was not a happy camper when I was told my 2002 Escape's transmission died. I was not planning on buying a new car but reluctantly went on over to sales. The saleman was so very nice and patient as I looked at several cars that I wasn't planning on purchaning that day. When we looked at the 2016 blue Fiesta I was ready to buy. Worked with Ed Welsh on purchasing my 2017 F150. He was very helpful with any questions I had and made the buying process so easy! Went to another dealership the day before I went to Northgate and felt pressured into buying, but not at Northgate working with Ed. Janet in Finance was also awesome to work with explaining all the paperwork and rates. Would definitely purchase from Northgate Ford again.
Until this recent visit, Nothgate Ford service has been top notch in every way. However, this last appointment for an oil change was scheduled three weeks away. A last minute conflict required me to reschedule the appointment. Again, another three weeks out. A total of six weeks for an oil change is completely unacceptable. Personnel were as always, friendly and professional.
Best sales experience I have ever been involved with! Straight to the point, right price, honest trade value and nailed my payments right where I needed them! Not to mention it's a truck that I didn't think I could afford! Go see Andre Singleton if your in the market for a new Ford! You won't be disappointed!!!!
James Moore was helpful. We did most of everything over the phone so when we got there is was a quick and easy process.
