After being lied to at another dealership we stopped at the new Northgate Ford Truck Center. Our sales rep, Rod Stancliff greeted us and immediately made us feel right at home. While my husband test drove the vehicle I was able to relax in their lounge. Unlike the previous dealership, Northgate was very clean, the salesmen had their own cubicles, provided us with complimentary coffee/water, and had a sink in the lounge that I could use to wash the baby bottles from our long trip.
