Unfortunately I don't think Northgate Ford warrants a star. My husband's car has been in for service several times and several deposits later hopefully it is fixed. My issue is why make an appt when the car doesn't get touched until 4 days later. Oh the mechanic didn't show up. Um a phone call would be nice. I have been in on several occasions to get my truck repaired. I have yet to get this resolved and now have additional issues. Started as a transmission hard shift. I was told that it is a "learned transmission", only thing it doesn't happen every time, which I would think it would with a "learned transmission. That is still an ongoing issue though it has been in shop 12+ times. Now having sync issues again, this will be the 4th time with that.
