Normally I have no issues here. However I went ysterday to have a recall part replaced. I was told it would take an hour and a half. 2 and a half hours later, I was still sitting in the lounge. I approached the woman who checked me in and asked how much longer it would be. Found Northgate Ford while searching for a new 2017 Explorer. Had been to multiple dealerships from Cincinnati, Versailles, Lexington (home) all the way to Baltimore, MD. The other dealerships range from sad to just downright awful. Northgate not only changed the course, they blew away all expectations. Cheryll, Paul and Janet were simply outstanding. Can't get in for an oil change for 3 weeks that's right 3 week wait on a simple oil change!!!!
Long time customer no more thanks to their service dept. I rarely post but this is rediculous. I bought my last 2 trucks trucks from them. I took my 2015 in for repair from a piece of metal that fell off a truck. Damage included gear box, catalytic converter, slight front bumper damage. It has been over a month now. 2 weeks in and I called they said we are waiting for my insurance co. To deliver a part? I went back to the dealer and had them call my insurance co. in my presence. I have my Ford explorer in for service on Friday at two. Thursday morning it would not start. I had it towed to Northgate Ford. My wife reschedule Ed the appointment for Friday morning at nine. We heard nothing from them at all Friday, she called them twice and never received a call back. Saturday she called waited on hold the finally talked with someone who gave us the diagnosis. I purchased a car in August from Northgate Ford, on Colerain Ave., and today when I went to renew my license plates, I noticed that the tags were still registered to my Jeep. Well, come to find out that Northgate Ford could not transfer my tags into my new car because it was being titled my mine and Rex's name vs. the Jeep that was titled in my name only.
