I went to three Ford dealers to compare "Apple's to Apple's". Northgate Ford beat the other two by a mile. I will definitely buy my next Ford from them. This was my first Ford....my mom was a General Motors employee..we had always purchased GM cars. No more...totally love my Ford.
Purchased my '09 F150 new here and have returned for routine service ever since. Still receiving free oil/filter changes after 8 years and almost 80K miles! For other maintenance items like transmission service, brake fluid flush, etc, I've found their prices to be reasonable. The truck has been absolutely flawless--not one quality issue over my ownership time, and still on the original brakes/shocks/exhaust. I will never take my 350 ford any other place . When you get it wright stay with that. Now everything is perfect and my truck runs like new. But it is the most experience place i have ever taken any of my vehicles EVER. Keeping that in mined you get what you pay for.
From the moment we walked in the door, I knew that Tom Cox's referral was the right way to go. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us out. Best service shop we have ever used. Would recommend any one who needs a service shop go to North Gate Ford.
I made my appointment. Arrived a bit early. Only waited about a few minutes and my work, which was the 40K service check and oil change etc. was done quickly. So far so good. I have never had any major issues.
