TOTAL FAILURE!!! Just got home from picking up our Escape that was SUPPOSEDLY being serviced for a recall of the fuel pump. What does the Escape do in the short 7 minute drive home?? Worst customer service EVER!!!!!! I wish I could give negative stars. You should not leave oil change appointments frustrated or in tears every time you go, which has been happening to me the past 4-5 times I’ve gone. Every time I go they somehow find hundreds of dollars worth of work that needs done immediately, but my car is fine when I take it in! While I didn't end up buying the vehicle there this time around, I would recommend the Northgate team to anybody. Paul worked with me, patiently, helping me through the buying process. I greatly appreciate his professionalism, it came down to car availability.
The worst sales, customer service, and follow up experience ever!!!! This was my first time buying a ford and I will never buy one again. They lost my pay off got my trade in, I started getting collection calls from the trade in finance company. I left work to go see what was going on, thru couldn’t find my check although it was funded 7 days earlier. Now they can’t find my registration and taxes. Amazing that I bought my escape there in December and had to go for 1 oil change already and a warranty job. So you woukd think by scheduling my 2nd oil change I would be in the system. Nope. Then ask why and how the hell is this possible and said maybe you should ask someone then get hung up on. This is our 2nd vehicle we bought there too.
