My experience with the personnel at Northgate Ford was extremely positive. They were professional and treated me with courtesy and dignity. They interacted with me more like a friend. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and to made the process as convenient and as painless as possible.

I visited Northgate Ford last Friday for a 40,000 mile check on my car. I had received a mailing from Ford Motor Company concerning this. I stated the car was under complete warranty. Then, it was mentioned that the 40,000 mi. check involved an oil change, tire rotation, checking fluids. I had just had an oil change 3 weeks ago, so that wasn't necessary. I approved for the tire rotation and paid $28.00. They checked my brakes and topped off all fluids in 40 minutes. I was pleased.
