The employees are always very courteous and professional. I like how they check everything when you bring your car in for an oil change. Would recommend this dealer/service department.

I took my Ford Fusion in for a recall service. They were efficient. They sent out reminders of the appointment. They completed the job on time. I would definitely return to Northgate Ford for any additional repairs that may arise.
It started out badly but ended ok. Brought the car in for transmission problem. I was told that they couldn’t guarantee it would be looked at that day even though I had a 7:30 am appointment. Gave me a ride home. They let me know that it was the clutch. They kept the car overnight, but fixed the problem. They brought the car to my house when it was finished.
This trip has been the worse so far to this dealership. Took the car in for a oil change and check the engine light code. We purchase the works package that included tire rotation well the tire that we have a slow leak on is in the same place on the car as we brought it in. That tells me it wasn’t done now I wonder if my oil was changed or did they just clear the code. Now onto the check engine light. The figured out the problem and ended up breaking a part on the car.
