Awful customer service will sell a car out from under you even after deposit don’t buy from here
####BECAREFUL!!! I brought my Ford F150 pickup truck in for a simple oil change got my truck back smelling like something was burning and lights going crazy on my dashboard blinking on and off. Soon as I gotten home which I only live 5mins away from the dealership my whole truck cuts off and fails to restart!!! So I then call ford back telling them the issue they send a guy out with a jump box that didnt even work so they then got it towed back up to the shop an hour later. I just bought my 2nd Ford Escape with same salesman, Paul Knighten! This time I bought a 2019 SEL and Paul was able to work out an awesome deal for me! He goes above and beyond! So if you are in the market for a new or used car or truck ask for Paul! Their service department is outstanding! I had to have major repairs to my 2013 Ford Escape and found the honesty and professionalism of the young man I dealt with - Blaker Chapman - to be exemplary. The repairs were done for the price I was told and in the time I was told.
Paul Knighten, my salesman, was the most wonderful, patient person I have met at a dealership. He explained everything about the vehicles i was looking at purchasing without any rush. I chose a 2012 GMC Acadia, my family and I love it!! It has room for every member of the family, including the dog!! I would definitely recommend to anyone to visit Northgate Ford and to ask for Paul.
