RecommendedWithin the month of August close family members bought SUVs from Northgate. Paul was the sales person for everyone. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I always have a great experience when coming for service work. Always quick, nice waiting area and if you get the chance to have Brandon wait on you, you won't be disappointed. He is always a pleasure to work with.
Love the car however the process was painful at best. Nothing was ready when we got there even though we sent everything to avoid the wait. Paperwork problems which several other people had that night. I even had to return to fix a paperwork problem two day later. Everyone blames each other for the problems. Employees complain about the Sales Manager. I usually don't vent like this. But my friend who is like a daughter to me, took her car in for some what you would think is normal easy repairs. Fix air conditioner, fix heated seat and fix swing arm. Well in the midst of them fixing these they poke a hole in my radiator. So they had to fix that and of course no charge. She went to pick up her car and couldn't even get out of the lot cause her dash light stays on saying doors are open. When they cleary are not. It was a good experience. Everyone was friendly and kind. I was in and out within an hour for oil change and tire rotation. They also checked fluids etc. the service advisor was Norman Lackey. He was very pleasant! Thank you Northgate

We made appointment for an oil change and to have a air bag replaced. When we made the appointment we asked if they had loaner cars while the repairs were getting fix d since it was an all day job and was told no they didn’t have any so we dropped off our car on Thursday night to have it fixed.
