He really knew his plumbing and did an excellent job. He was quick to notice problems, like staining in my toilet bowls, for which he determined there was a problem with my water softener, so he checked it out and found out it wasn't working. So, he had a new one on the truck and ended up installing it. The only negative was he didn't leave a book about the new water softener and I had to call to get one - which I have not yet received. Hope to get it this week.

HE WAS ONTIME. I HOWEVER WAS NOT PREPARED FOR A $200 SERVICE CALL THAT TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES

The plumber was very thorough. Both my water heater pipe and my laundry facet are fixed and no more leaks!!!!
