Came on time, gave estimate before work, replaced faucet, worked quickly, completely satisfied.
They were responsive and fixed our pressure problem. Charged a fee to come out an d diagnose the problem and unfortunately, that money did not go toward the expense of the project. Didn't like that. Otherwise...no issues.
I have had Northern Plumbing perform a few smaller plumbing jobs around my house. They have been very responsive and able to work with my schedule. The people have been very friendly too. I had a sink installed, toliet reset, and a pipe replaced.
He arrived on time, was very corteous, and very professinal. When finished, he explained everything he did, asked if I had questions, and was very customer oriented. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
Did a good job, friendly, professional. The appointment window for arrival was 8am-10am so I thought I was the first appointment; however, there was no 15-30 minute call prior to arrival (most contractors do this) and he arrived at 9:59. Thinking the appointment was being missed I was on the verge of calling the company when he drove up. hired Northern Plumbing to fix my shower control and I thought that they were very responsive and very professional. I would use them in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. I?d give them a five star rating.
They were very professional and very fast. We're extremely pleased with the product and the service.
Very professional and halpful. Chuck was there a very short time, but he took time to explain my problem to me. WHen pilot light went out after Chuck left, I was able to speak with Steve, who helped me re-light the pilot light, and gave me instructions as to how I could access warranty covered parts on my water heater, in case a more serious problem comes along.
Prompt, professional, knowledgeable. Originally was the high bid on this project but became the low bid due to a local show special.
