They called right after I got off servicemagic. He (Chuck) answered all of my questions and more. He also referred me to an electrician that got the electrical ready for the water softener. All in all we were quite satisfied. Friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Thanks.
Northern came in and took care of my install in 2 hours. Russell was thorough and professional throughout and walked me through the whole process.
Contacted immediately the next morning, plumber out that afternoon, job complete within 2 hours. Friendly, knowledgable plumber. Cleaned up after himself. Answered questions we had about hot water heaters. Will definetely use again.
