The job was done soon after I called. I had a question after the work was completed late in the afternoon and they promptly returned my call.
They were very informative, helped me make a good choice and they were very prompt. Will use them again.
Chuck was knowledgeable and provided us with an accurate estimate of how long it would take to complete our project. He not only completed this project on time and within budget, Chuck also earned our business for the future. The only "surprise" was that the estimate cost $58. However that amount was just absorbed into the total project cost. All in all I'd say we are very satisfied with Northern Plumbing and the work they did for us.
