Great job! I had a new water softener and hot water heater installed. The installer was on time, friendly and courteous; and cleaned up area after install. I had the new hot water heater installed in a different area of the utility room, so install cost was a little higher. Overall, I felt it was a very reasonable cost. I was very pleased with the job.
They were efficient and courteous. It appeared they did a very competent job. They left the work site clean and were helpful to show me how to light the pilot in the water heater. I would recommend them.
The guys at Northern were fantastic. I didn't have time to compare estimates as I had water coming into my basement from under the floor and was going to be traveling out of the country soon, so I needed help fast -- and they gave it! First they explained what I needed and how it worked. They were very busy with all the flooding problems at the time, but within just a couple days I had a new sump pump and a dry floor. Excellent! They were very efficent and kept us informed of the progress of our repair until it was completed.
Quick reply to an emergency situation. Had motor needed to replace burned out pump on truck. Installed an adequate pump for our situation - didn't push mosts expensive model.
