the bid over the phone was different than what the service tech gave me. After a phone call to there office the original offer was given to me and the job was completed. The service tech also advised me of a problem I was having with my water softner and that was replaced at the same time. Great job!!!
John was very nice and returned all of my phone calls in a timely manner. The plumber that installed my water softener was very knowledgeable. He was on time and cleaned up the work area when he was done.
Talked with John Lund and our 50 gallon gas water heater will be installed this Friday, January 3. The price a bit higher than others, but liked that he was willing to answer any questions, was easy to talk with, is very knowledgeable., and stands behind their work/product. As he responded promptly and was professional yet courteous, think that's the type company I'd like to work with now and for future projects.

Received a call back immediately. Their price was in line with other estimates I'd been given. Gave me good advice on options. They were there within 4 hours to replace my broken water heater. Did a good job of cleanup. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Chuck gave me the straight scoop. Believe I got quality Rheem water heater and WaterPro softener as the softener really needed replacing also. Very competent, complete in-and-out service in a few hours. Avoided a potential disaster in my lower level. Glad that I used HomeAdvisor to find them!
