Very easy to work with and very polite. Let us know every stage what was happening. Needed to upgrade some things to code and their cost of this was very reasonable even though they had a hard time in our old house. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them highly.

The tech was late for the appointment and apologized profusely, but I was satisfied with his explanation - the truck had a flat tire and he needed to wait for it to be installed. He cleaned up after including carting away the corrugated box, and even cleaned up the floor when he was done.
