Quick service and I think the cost was reasonable. However, considering I've never purchased a sump pump before, I can't really make a good call there.
Russell was amazing - he quickly assessed the problem, and was very professional in fixing it! I definitely recommend Northern to anyone looking for a plumber, and will hire them again when I need one!
They did a really good job. They were friendly and competent.
John actually walked me through correcting my problem over the phone. He followed up after I took the steps he recommended, even though he provided this advise free of charge. What excellent customer service. When the unit breaks for real, I will definitely hire John.

In my emergency situation, they had some out within 3 hours. We had a mix up of the unit size, but he stayed on track, got the right size and didn't charge any extra than quoted. Very friendly and considerate, he even wiped up my wet floor. Best service ever!!
Fast response to a water emergency. Equipment of good quality. Having not purchase a water softner or water heater in some time the prices seemed a little high but I could just be behind the market.
He came at the time promised. The price was right and his recommendation after video of sewer line was to clean out and not replace.
The company owner returned my call for assistance very promptly and provided the information we needed to make a good decision on replacement of a failed water heater. He connected me quickly with his plumber, Russell and scheduled the work for the next morning. Russell arrived on time, did an excellent installation of a quality new heater, explained how to operate/adjust, provided advice and adjustments to my softener and cleaned up the worksite when finished.
