We received a call back about ten minutes after making a quote request and the work was done the next day. We did feel the price was a little on the high end, but to us it was worth it to have our plumbing problem taken care of in a timely manner.

John was very prompt and had Russell come over to replace a water heater at my rental property and another one at my primary house. Both times they were on time and fairly priced. Both water heaters are working great. I would definitely use Northern Plumbing for other plumbing needs.

Northern agreed to provide two water heaters with an energy rating that qualified for a rebate. The products they installed did not qualify. After installation and discovery of error, I was told that the agreed-upon heaters would cost an additional $260 per unit. (Rather than replace the installed units with the correct ones, they did agree to a financial compensation equal to the anticipated difference in savings.) Clean-up was substandard, accompanying literature was left attached to the units in an inaccessible location.

It took them 4 visits. We were never prioritized - new jobs came in and we were pushed back or moved to a different day. And the bill came in way high considering there were multiple things fixed that didn't need to be fixed.
