they installed the water heater today as scheduled was impressed with owner when he called. They were a little higher cost but was very good to work with. Russ explained every thing . Was pleased with the job. Harland S
Called for replacing sump pump and it took 15 minutes for the work,. charged 200 dollars for the labor .Came on time and did a good work
Excellent response, and was able to come the same day to replace my leaking water heater. Installer was polite, very competent, and cleaned up the work area completely. Was very happy with the job done.

Was frustrated that the salesman didn't understand what I needed when talking to them over the phone. We had a specialized situation which didn't get communicated properly and the necessary upgrade was a little sticker shock. However, the master plumber that came to do the work was amazing and was willing to sacrifice part of his night to finish the job. Very professional and respectful. He also was willing to educate me as he went along.
Overall a good experience. The price was extrememly fair and Russell was friendly and professional.
Came when they said they would and talked to me about prevenative maintenance as well. Good job. I'd hire them again.
Northern Plumbing responded to our request and provided an estimate over the phone. During the installation of our water heater, they advised us that they would need to add a couple of charges to the bill for unexpected work in ensuring the pipes and everything was up to code. After the job was completed, I checked with the city inspector and verified that this was legitimate which made me feel better about the additional charges. The service worked well overall and we would consider using it again.
