Very prompt. We had a little problem afterwards and they were here within hours to correct it.
The service was very professional and on-time. I had a bathtub leakage into the kitchen ceiling below noticed on saturday morning. Northern plumbing made me aware that since it was saturday they will charge extra to visit my home. However I was alittle disspointed when they forgot to mention that total charge will be for charge to visit plus the cost of work which didnt seem much as the personnel did a few investigative stuff bu then it just turned out to be caulking error. The service was prompt. Charles was friendly, punctual, and curtious. Our project ended up being quite costly...it is difficult to determine if that was specific to Northern Plumbing, or that plumbing work in general is costly. I any case, we were happy with the outcome.
Plumber was on time, did a great job, and at a very reasonable price.
Northern Plumbing did a great job at replacing my water heater. They were prompt to my Service Magic request, showed up on time, had a good price, and were courteous and thorough with their work.
Plumber couldn't identify the source of a pipe leak.
