Russell came out and found a leak in our basement that we weren't able to see. He fixed it promptly and pointed out a few other plumbing issues that will need to be addressed. He was on time and very knowledgeable about the other issues as well. When we are ready we will use Northern Plumbing again.

They were prompt and professional. They solved the problem and provided solutions to potentials upcoming issues. All-in-all they rebuilt my softener, provided a respectable warranty time period and charged a competitive price. I would recommend them for service.

I had a leaking water shut off valve at my toilet that needed repair and then we decided to install a new toilet at the same time. Russell was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and handled it all with ease. He did an efficient job and I would definitely use him again in the future. This was my first experience using Service Magic as well and I will definitely use it again in the future.

They are too expensive. They have taken advantage of the situation and timing. Today i saw price of sump pump, which is more than 4 times less than the cost the professional told me. big lie... he charged me sump pump cost of 425 + charged after hour charges of 125 + 300 as labor (it took only 30 min's for him. he not even take a look of existing pump or power connection. he misguided me with wrong information. taken advantage of situation i am in.

Would rate 4 1/2. Little higher priced than had hoped but in line with industry. Very professional and did nice work.
