Prompt in calling for a call for appt. Late in coming in for first visit - over an hour past appt time. Person who performed work was courteous, knowledgeable, gave suggestions and explained work that needed to be done and what was done at the end of the job.
Fast, smart--having him back next week to install faucet in the kitchen!
Generally they seemed very expensive (which, in all fairness may be plumbing in general). We decided to have them do only 1/2 of what we were looking at (only swapping out two exterior spigots). This cost us over $400 total... which seems steep. They were, however, very honest about the upfront price, and appeared to do good work. (friendly guys doing the work too).
