Very friendly, understand the problem, fix the problem and reasonable price.
It took a couple of visits to identify and repair the leak in the shower. Toilet flap was replaced, however, it does not always close - toilet still runs. Service was friendly and prompt.
The repair man came to my house the same evening I put in the request to do a bid. He was very knowledgeable and had the correct parts with him to do the repair so did it that night. It was about a 3 hour repair, so he was working well past dinner time. I was very impressed with the service I received.
Did NOT give me an estimate before completing the work - just went ahead and did it, then charged me $250. I later called around and found that I could have gotten it done by someone of the same caliber for $175. Charging me a $65 trip charge when they have a location in my same city?
I have hired Northern Plumbing on what I considered an emergency, Problems with our bathroom. Toilet Seal had started to leak and constantly, the water valve for my shower..They responded with the most pleasant plumber and experience Plumber Jeff..Jeff even brought another Toilet if the problem was not correctable..Well, he was able to provide a new seal and save me from purchasing a new toilet..He has to return to deal with the shower because we agree new fixtures are required as well..We look forward to that visit and will... read more
Professional in appearance- performance of the task required and in presenting the company and himself. As a former plumber - it was good to see the combination of knowledge, effort and fairness in value.
Everything was going great...I thought he did a great job. He seemed very professional and thoughtful. I just had a recent knee surgery, so that was the primary reason for obtaining a plumber, but the next day after we ran our dishwasher, that I paid an extra $100 to have him remove and reinstall, it was full of water. We are on such a tight schedule to sell this house, that calling him back to repair the repair was really out of the question. Called me right away Monday and set up an appointment for between 1 and 2 on Tuesday to fix or replace the garbage disposal. Called me Tuesday at 1 and said that he'd be an about an hour or so late. Called again at 5 and asked if it would be okay if he came at 7:30 or 8 PM! I wanted to get the disposal fixed so I said okay. He arrived at 8:30 pm, spent 5 minutes and proceeded to tell me the disposal was broken but he didn't have a disposal to replace it and he would get the part Wednesday morning and call me to fit me into h... read more
