Norman's Bridal is amazing! Lexus was a dream to work with. I was torn between two dresses and she was very helpful and patient with me. I purchased my dream dress and I can't wait to wear it!!

Lexus Weekley helped me find my perfect dress and seemed to know everything and anything about the style and fit that would work best for me. I cannot thank Lexus W. enough for how special she made me feel as a bride. I hadn't tried dresses on anywhere because finding some place with samples my size was proving to be a challenge. She never made me feel anything but special and BEAUTIFUL! Being overweight can be so challenging when it comes to bridal, but I got the most amazing dress after only 4 or 5 dresses. That's it. I have never tried on a wedding dress until today! I went in and a dress I had seen on Normans website I loved and my sister ran across it while looking at dresses at the store to try on and the first one I tried on! I tried on 6 dresses and still that very first dress I tried on was the dress!! It was an emotional experience and I want to thank Lexus weekley for being amazing! She was so very helpful and loved her as my consultant! Definitely recommend this beautiful lady!!
I found my perfect dress at Norman's and absolutely loved it. However, I was disappointed that Norman's stopped in store alterations between the time I purchased my dress and picked it up. It was somewhat inconvenient to make multiple trips to the store to pick-up and drop-off the dress between alteration appointments. Also, I likely wouldn't have paid for the storing of the dress if I would have known I needed to take it somewhere else for alterations. Is it standard practice for staff to argue with a paying customer when they come in to pick up their wedding dress and it is the wrong dress? I think a Bride knows what her dress looks like.......mistakes can be made, but to outright be argumentative and tell the bride it is her dress when it isn't??????? And yes, it was the wrong dress w/the another persons name on it. Poor, poor customer service this morning..........your sales person should be fired.
Norman's bridal was amazing! Lexus was so sweet from the minute I walked in and was patient when I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. She did everything to make sure I felt comfortable and found the style I loved. She even picked out the dress I fell in love with! I am so pleased with my experience. I found the perfect dress and I could not be more thrilled!!
