By far the best bridal experience I have had in town. Patty took incredible care of me and really made me feel like I was special, and not just another bride. The entire staff worked together to find my perfect dress and were eager to make sure it was tailored to my specific wants! I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg here but Norman's is one of the most affordable shops in town, considering the incredible quality of the dresses they offer! Their selection and customer service was on point. Thanks Norman's!
For the past two years, my daughter and I have come into Normans to shop for a Prom dress. Both years, Lucy was our consultant. Both years, my daughter came into the store with a dress in mind and both times, Lucy pulled a different dress that my daughter loved even better. Thanks so much Lucy for having such a good eye and for providing us with such a good experience.
I went in to Norman's, I was intimidated by the what seemed to be high class only store. However Katie came strolling up the help me with a big smile! She was excellent help! She was very efficient, understanding, and knowledgeable about the dresses. She helped me to find an exquisite dress that was below my budget! I went to Normans bridal in Springfield MO. The lady that "helped" me was absolutely rude when I told her what my budget was. It almost seemed like because I couldn't spend an outrageous amount of money that she didn't have time to be bothered with me. I was devastated. It was supposed to be a fun day and she ruined that for me.
Last weekend I went to Norman's with my mom to try on dresses. Shelby helped us, and she was so extremely helpful!! I was torn between two dresses and she helped me see myself "walking down the aisle" (toward a mirror) to be able to decide better. She was so helpful. I got the dress of my dreams! I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. �
