We stopped in looking for a prom dress. The sales lady started out wonderful ... pulling dresses of different style and color to help make the decision. My daughter was not 100% happy with any of them. Beautiful gowns and selection. When the lady asked if she wanted to re-try them on to narrow her choice, my daughter kindly said, "no. I had a dreamlike experience getting my wedding dress from Norman's last year. After a custom dressmaker failed, Norman's team swept me up and took all my non-traditional, unique requests to heart and I was thrilled. Each of the ladies I encountered were so helpful and kind! I got so many compliments on my blue dress! And thank you for the recommendation to Coco for my alterations! We traveled 2 hours to come to Norman's in search for my perfect dress. Tara was extremely helpful and professional. She instantly made me feel comfortable. Their inventory was top of the line. I had 2 other appointments yesterday and walked in to another bridal shop and the customer service was terrible. I ended up going back to Norman's and purchasing the 2nd dress I tried on!
I was referred to Norman's after my friend found her dress there a few years ago. I had the absolute best experience there. Patty listened to exactly what I wanted and found the perfect dress for me! I only tried on 3 dresses and the moment I put on the third Patty and I both knew it was my dress! It's a little too "mall" like (as the two grandma's said), but my future daughter in law did say "Yes to the dress" there! Our consultant was super helpful, nice and fun! Over all, we enjoyed it there!
Norman's bridal was awesome! I found my PERFECT dress in less then an hour because my consultant knew just what I was looking for! She was very patient and willing to go above and beyond to find a dress that was affordable and the style I was looking for. Now I can't wait to walk down the isle in my dream dress!!
