My experience there was everything I knew it would be!! Beyond Wonderful!!!! You will not get a better experience anywhere! Since I was a little girl I always dreamed of getting my wedding dress here and my dream finally came true! The experience was mind blowing and my dress is the dream dress of all dream dresses!!! Last Saturday, I made an appointment. First, I'd like to say that Norman's worked with me over FaceBook Messaging to set up an appointment, which was AWESOME! Once we got there, I made it clear that I was only getting ideas and Katie was still SO attentive and sweet! She made me feel comfortable and that girl is a pro at putting on wedding dresses on women! She was fast but thorough! Loved her! Thanks Norman's for my first EVER bridal gown try-ons! It was so fun!
Had such an amazing experience tonight saying "yes to the dress"! The shop is absolutely beautiful with the best selection of dresses! All of the ladies in the store were so helpful and really work together as a team to go above and beyond for you. Patty was SO amazing and made this once in a lifetime experience so much fun! I highly recommend making an appointment with her! Thanks Norman's!
Had such a great time, they made me so comfortable and were not pushy. I went to another store after and was appalled by the service I received after my awesome treatment at Normans. I will be heading back to buy my dress from them this week!
Rude staff except Christian. Paid rush fee for bridesmaid dresses and they did not come in when they were supposed to and the staff did not care or try to find out where they were. We were just told Norman's was not responsible for shipping delays. Very disappointed in the service.
I had such a great experience at the Springfield store yesterday. Katie was absolutely fantastic to work with. She pulled great options that were in my price point and was a great listener who took my wants to heart- very laid back which I appreciated because I didn't feel pressured or like she was desperate to make a sale but felt more like she was concerned with finding the dress that worked for me personally.
