Just left from my appointment with you guys, absolutely loved Lexus, she was great and made me feel so comfortable. I bought a dress that I love and it made me feel beautiful. Lexus was a great listener and knew exactly what I wanted even when I had no idea. Lol thanks for all the great help. You would have never known I had issues with anxiety had you met me there. ❤️

I had looked at a couple other stores before going to Norman's. Shelby at Norman's was OUTSTANDING! She understood my style and had me try on dress after dress without irritation! Shelby was incredibly friendly and very professional. In this business you have to have a lot of patience and she sure did with me. I had an AWFUL experience with Normans Bridal in Springfield. I made an appointment and went with my mother. After not liking the first dressed I tried on it was, "Teachers are so hard to work with. Nurses are so much easier." (I work in a school.) She made me cry... pushed me to buy a dress that I kept saying I HATED. I asked for the owner to call me several times... and no call. Such a relief to find this bridal store! Katie was an amazing consultant who was very patient and kind throughout this long process. She helped my sister find the perfect wedding dress and also did a lot of work to find the perfect bridesmaid dresses. We are thankful for Norman's Bridal and will definitely recommend!
I have went here for both of my proms and each time was very successful! For the second prom I went in looking for a specific dress and the dress happened to be at the other location. One of the girls very kindly offered to drive an hour to get the dress and even stayed after closing for me to try it on. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!!
