After going to several other dress shops and having been treated poorly I went into Normans with the same expectations. I was promptly greeted and welcomed. Lexus was very helpful and pulled several dresses in my price range-something I cannot say for the other stores. She showed me a dress that did not look like what I wanted-and am glad she did! I just bought my dress from the one here in Springfield, and I couldn't be happier with how fun, easy, and seamless that Katie, my consultant, made it! She picked out multiple dresses for me and had no problem choosing different styles for me to try, and view every possible option I had. I had the best best best experience at Norman's in Springfield. Anyone looking for a wedding dress please go here first! They make you feel like you are the only bride in the room and help you with every step of the way! I dont even know how I chose my dress because every dress in the place was gorgeous!
