I want to thank Norman's Bridal for being so helpful with everything and for helping me find my dream dress! They kept me updated on the status of my dress even when there was a delay in shipping and my dress ended up coming in just 2 weeks before my wedding. They got me right in and were able to get all my alterations done in time. I would definitely recommend any bride going to Norman's to look for your perfect wedding gown!
Gina had everything ready for my appointment. All of the dresses she had prepared were within my price range. No pressure, no attempts to upsell, it was a great experience. My dress (yes I did buy THE one for me) is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. I will refer everyone I can to Norman's.
Not happy with their customer service. Dress came in 2 weeks later than promised and wouldn't have known if I hadn't called them myself.

Norman's has been fantastic! Miss Missouri International 2014 uses Norman's for her pageant wardrobe. The staff is beyond amazing and their gowns are STUNNING. They are helpful, cheerful, and help you find the perfect dress. We look forward to each appointment!

Called to schedule an appointment, and I didn't realize that you didn't open until 10:00. The person who answered the phone was rude and acted annoyed that I called. If you don't want to provide customer service before a certain hour, I suggest not answering the phone. I was planning to buy from you all because my future sister in law loved her dress from Norman's, but I refuse to shop at a place with rude employees.
