I had the best experience at Normans! Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in until I walked out with my beatiful dress. When I tried on dresses I brought almost 15 people with me. Brenda was so patient and helped me achieve my vision perfectly! It was truly wonderful and a memory I will cherish.

This is the absolute best place to get your wedding (or formal) dress. They go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you want and will bend over backwards to get you what you can afford. I live 2 hours away and will drive there anytime I need a formal dress! Thank you for making my wedding dress as special as my wedding!

This place is the worst small business I have ever encountered. I always try to go to small businesses first because I feel that they are the ones who have the best "personal" service...this is SO NOT the case with Norman's. Their customer service lacks in the highest; their employees are rude, if you're a bride who doesn't know exactly what you want-good luck.
