Amazing service and awesome selection! Everyone at Normans made my dress shopping experience wonderful! I didn't have an appointment, and they fit me right in and didn't make me feel unwelcome or rushed.
Best experience by far! Katie Jankovitz was a fantastic consultant and made it feel like she was one of my friends helping me try on dresses. The space is beautiful and organized, and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Lexus Weekely was a doll! I felt comfortable and I loved my time being there! Lexus made myself and my entourage very comfortable, thank you so very much❤️
Had a great time here, everyone was very nice and very helpful. They explained everything very well and didn't even complained even though I wanted to try a dress off a mannequin. Finally got a beautiful gown and say it was a great decision because it makes me feel gorgeous. Thanks guys!

I've never actually had the chance to go to this lovely store since I live in Topeka. However, I really wanted a pair of Jim Ball earrings to complete my wedding day look and called to inquire about a certain pair. When we discovered they didn't carry the exact ones I wanted, one of the girls texted me a bunch of pictures of ones they DID carry and helped me find the perfect pair for my wedding day! I had an amazing experience at Normans! Patty was fantastic and helped me find the perfect dress! She helped me try on a dozen dresses until I found 'the one'! I would recommend Normans Bridal to anyone looking for a dress. They even helped me pack my dress since we were traveling to NYC to get married. Every one there is so sweet and helpful.
